Send a Support Snapshot



Instructions

  1. Connect to the NTB from a web-browser.
  2. Optional: Audition an image on the screen to reduce the load on the processor.
  3. In version 5, browse to the "Setup | Support Tasks" page and click "Create Support Snapshot".
    In version 4, browse to the "Settings | Support" page and click "Run" for "Create Support Snapshot".
  4. The NTB will create a file and prompt you to download it.
    ("Server Error" message? Try again, don't leave out step 2.)
  5. The support snapshot file will appear on your computer as a ZIP file that can be e-mailed to Tech Support.
  6. Attatch the file to an e-mail to Support.
  7. Write a brief description of the problem and send the e-mail.
  8. The Support Team will reply with further instructions.
