Instructions

Connect to the NTB from a web-browser.
Browse to the "Layout Packages | Create" page | tab.
For "Name", enter "Troubleshoot - " followed by the name of your organisation.
For "Description" enter brief details of the problem encountered in the layout.
For "Include Layouts", tick the Layout(s) that exhibit the problem.
Click "Create Layout".
Wait for the package creation to complete.
This may take a while if there are videos in the layout.
Click on the link to the Package Filename to download the ZIP file to your PC.
If the layout contains videos then burn the ZIP file onto a CD and mail it to Support.
If the layout does not contain videos then attach the ZIP file to an e-mail to Support.
The Support Team will reply with further instructions.
