Check

Web page appeared

White screen indicates that the URL could not be found.The site may be down.Read the error message and take appropriate action if necessary.

No authentication issues

If you need a username and password to view the website then put these into the URL as follows:http://username:password@wwww.website.com

No proxy issues

Most organisations have a proxy server that the NTB needs to go through to get to the Internet.Some proxies require the NTB to log into them with a username and password.If it is a WIndows Proxy and requires "NTLM" autentication - this is not supported -Please configure the proxy to allow the NTB through on either "Basic" or "Digest" authentication.

Web page appeared correctly

View the web-page in the Firefox Browser to see how it will be shown on an NTB.

Send a Support Snapshot

  1. Optional: Preview an Image on the screen to reduce the load on the processor.
  2. Browse to the "Settings | Support" page on the NTB and click "Run" for "Create Support Snapshot".
  3. The NTB will create a file and prompt you to download it.("Server Error" message? Try again, don't leave out step 1.)
  4. Click the link below to start a new e-mail message.
  5. Attatch the downloaded file to the e-mail.
  6. Give a description of the problem and send the e-mail.
  7. Technical Support will reply with further instructions.
