HTML page appeared correctly

White screen indicates that the file is missing.

No missing images

Any additional media that should appear in the HTML page should be stored in an "_files" folder named after the HTML file.Example: If Foo.html references a number of images then these images must be stored in a folder called "Foo_files".If you can view this page correctly in a web-browser and then save the page to your desktop, yu will find that it saves the HTML file along with an "_files" folder that contains all the images, scripts etc.)

Send a Support Snapshot

1. Optional: Preview an Image on the screen to reduce the load on the processor.
2. Browse to the "Settings | Support" page on the NTB and click "Run" for "Create Support Snapshot".
3. The NTB will create a file and prompt you to download it.("Server Error" message? Try again, don't leave out step 1.)
4. Click the link below to start a new e-mail message.
5. Attatch the downloaded file to the e-mail.
6. Give a description of the problem and send the e-mail.
7. Technical Support will reply with further instructions.
