Warning I have not read the User Guide yet.

Instructions

  1. Confirm that the stream is available by viewing it in a web-browser.
  2. Browse to the page that has your playlist on NTB.
  3. Confirm that stream has been added to the playlist.
  4. Confirm that the playlist is in the layout that will be shown on the Display Device at this point in time.
  5. Click the "Activate" button to make the layout appear on the Display Device.
  6. The Multicast stream should appear.

Resolution

OK Problem Solved.

Error Problem not solved.

Send a Support Snapshot

  1. Optional: Preview an Image on the screen to reduce the load on the processor.
  2. Browse to the "Settings | Support" page on the NTB and click "Run" for "Create Support Snapshot".
  3. The NTB will create a file and prompt you to download it.("Server Error" message? Try again, don't leave out step 1.)
  4. Click the link below to start a new e-mail message.
  5. Attatch the downloaded file to the e-mail.
  6. Give a description of the problem and send the e-mail.
  7. Technical Support will reply with further instructions.
