Troubleshooter



Instructions

  1. Browse to the NTB
  2. Get the "Model" number from the top-right hand corner of the NTB Home page.
  3. If the NTB model number ends in a zero (e.g. NTB110 or NTB3280) then the NTB has not detected the TV tuner card.If the NTB model number ends in any other number (e.g. NTB115 or NTB 3285) then it has.
  4. If the TV tuner card has not been detected then it may have become loose or damaged.Remove power from the NTB.
  5. Remove the lid from the NTB or ask someone with technical skills to do so.
  6. Gently push the TV card into its riser card.
  7. Gently push riser card into the motherboard.
  8. Replace the lid.
  9. Power up the NTB and check the model number again.
  10. If it does not detect the card this time then it may be damaged.

Resolution

OK Problem Solved.

Error The TV tuner card may be damaged.
