Warning I have not read the User Guide yet.

Checklist

Check

Every video in the playlist appeared

If a video file is missing or an unsupported format it will be skipped.

Check

No video ended prematurely

If a video file is corrupt or only partially uploaded, it will end suddenly.

Check

No video was jerky

Jerky videos usually indicate that the processor is overloaded.Browse to the "Processor Load" page on the NTB.You may need to transcode the video to MPEG-2, reduce the bitrate or take out other high-load media items from the layout.

Check

Shimmer at base of Video

This is part of the video. Try hiding it with another zone.

Resolution

OK Problem Solved.

Error Problem not solved.

Send the NTB Channel to ONELAN

  1. Browse to the "Settings | Channel Settings" page on the NTB
  2. Set "NTB Publishes Channel" and click "Change Role".
  3. Set "This NTB" and click "Apply".
  4. Browse to "Home | Channel Publishing" and click "Publish Channel Now"
  5. Browse to "Home | Channel Status" and wait for "Files" and "Size" to reach 100%.
  6. FTP to the NTB and download the folder named "channel".
  7. Either: Upload the channel folder to a public FTP site and click the link below and e-mail the FTP site URL to Support at ONELAN.
    Or:
    Burn the downloaded channel onto a DVD or CD and mail it to ONELAN.
