Instructions

  1. Browse to the "Setup | Player | Movie Player" page on the NTB.
  2. Enable Video Deinterlacing and save the changes.
  3. If this solves the problem then skip to the end.
  4. Get a computer monitor, preferably and old, glass CRT type.
  5. Disconnect the NTB from the Display Device(s) and connect it directly to the computer monitor.
  6. Reboot the NTB.
  7. If the picture quality is good on the computer monitor then the problem is NOT with the NTB.
    Contact your Dealer for assistance with improving the cabling and equipment that connects the NTB to the Display Device(s).

Resolution

OK Problem Solved.

Error The video quality is poor on the computer monitor.
