Troubleshooter > A/V > Audio



Instructions

  1. Browse to the "Setup | Audio" page / tab on the NTB.
  2. Set the "Master Volume" to 90%.
  3. Click the "Test" tab and then click the Audio "Test" button.
  4. Get a pair of headphones (or PC speakers), plug them into a PC and test that they work properly.
  5. Plug the headphones into the green jack in the centre of the back pannel on the NTB.
  6. If you hear sound then the problem is NOT with the NTB.
    Check the cables / eqipment that connects the NTB to the speakers and the speakers themselves.
  7. If you do not hear sound then the NTB may have an audio failure.

Resolution

OK Problem Solved.
