There must be network cables connecting the NTB to your PC. |
A network cable (not a crossover cable) should connect your PC to your LAN and another should connect the NTB to the LAN. If there is just a single cable connecting the PC directly to the NTB then go back one page and select the "crossover" option. |

Make sure that the computer will not try to access the NTB via a proxy. |
In Internet Explorer, click on "Tools | Internet Options.. | Connections | LAN Settings" and make sure that there is no tick in the "Use a proxy server..." checkbox. In Firefox, click on "Tools | Options.. | Connection Settings.. " and make sure that "Direct connection to the Internet" is selected. |

Reboot the NTB. |
Just pull the power cable out and put it back in again after 2 seconds. |

"No cable?" means no cable! |
