Instructions
The NTB appears to have a disk failure.

Wait for the white text on the Display Device to go away.

If the NTB is not asking for a password then skip to the end of these instructions.

If the NTB is asking for a password then:

Connect a keyboard to the purple keyboard jack on the NTB.

Type in the master password - contact support if you do not know it.

Allow the NTB to try to repair itself.

If the NTB does not appear to be doing anything then type "fsck" and press the Enter key to force it to try to repair itself.

If, after the NTB has tried to repair itself, you still get asked to enter a password then it was unable to repair itself.
Resolution
The NTB appears to have a disk failure.
Book an NTB repair (RMA).
