Notes
The NTB is not faulty.
There may be a problem with the Display Device or the cabling between it and the NTB, neither of which were installed by ONELAN.
Instructions
Reconnect the NTB to the Display Device.
Check that the Display Device has power and is switched on.
Check that the equipment or cable that connects the NTB to the Display Device is in order.
Pull the power cable out of the NTB and put it back in again.
Use the remote control or menu system for the Display Device to change the "Source" to "PC".
You should see things happen on the Display Device beginning with lines of text.
Resolution
Problem solved.
The Display Device remains black.
Contact your Dealer.
Ask for further assistance.
