If you NTB looks like the one below then try pressing the small power switch with a paperclip or pencil.
If the unit starts to power up then this button had been in the wrong position. You may try to disable the button by changing a jumper on the motherboard to switch from ATX to AT mode.
If the above was not applicable or did not help then there has been an internal power failure on the NTB.
Book an NTB repair (RMA).
