Either the external power transformer (PSU) or the NTB has failed. (Most probably the PSU). It is important to work out which of these two it is because it is easy to replace the PSU but a failed NTB must be returned for repair.
If you have already replaced the PSU then the NTB is faulty, book an RMA below.
If you have more then one NTB:
Try using the PSU from a working NTB:
If the faulty NTB boots up then
Order a replacement PSU. below.
If the NTB does NOT boot up then
Book an NTB repair (RMA). below.
If you or someone has the skills:
Measure the voltage from the PSU, it must be 12V when plugged into the NTB.
If not then
Order a replacement PSU. below.
Otherwise
Book an NTB repair (RMA). below.
If none of the above then:
Order a replacement PSU. below.
