If the NTB is not booting up at all and has an external power supply (PSU):
Fill in and submit the form below to book an RMA. This will not commit you to the repair or to any payment. After you submit the form, you will receive an automated e-mail giving you instructions on how to return the NTB to us and the status of the warranty.
If the warranty has expired (or been invalidated) then:
The disk on your NTB may need to be reformatted, PLEASE back it up now!(if it's not too late)
